My Booking Confirmation
If you haven’t received your booking confirmation email after 24 hours (don’t forget to check your spam folder), you’ll need to contact the online travel agent you booked with.
'Used our “Book Direct” option?' The hotel you booked with manages your booking directly, please contact them so they can resend it to you.
Following are some tips to help you determine which online travel agent's website you used to book your hotel or retrieve your booking information:
- Check your email and spam folder - If you have booked a hotel room online, you will most likely have been sent a confirmation email/receipt. The confirmation email will include your booking information along with contact details for the property. It may happen that your confirmation got caught in your email's spam filter, so don't forget to check this as well.
- Check your credit/debit card statement - If for some reason you did not receive a confirmation email, then your next best option is to check your online credit/debit card statement for a website or company name.
- Retrace your steps - Your Internet browser's history may help you determine which website you made your booking with. In addition, searching on our website again for your hotel may also help you find which website your booking was made with.
Cancel my Booking
To cancel your booking, you'll need to contact the online travel agent you booked your hotel with. You can find all their contact details on your booking confirmation email.

All payments for bookings are processed by our online travel partners and not by us. You’ll need to contact them directly or check your booking confirmation email for more details.

We don’t store hotel contact details on our site. If you’ve made a booking, you’ll need to contact your online travel agent or check search engines to find their contact details.
My Hotel Prices
The prices we display are inclusive of all your search criteria. For example, if you're looking for a room for 3 adults for a 5 night stay, the price that appears will be inclusive of this and show the total booking amount.
